KANSAS (Oct 19) - A Kansas resident, who wears Captain America tank tops when appearing on the local news, witnessed a man who shot himself in the leg inside a movie theater the day he received his conceal and carry permit. He yelled, "Oh God, I just shot myself! I just got my concealed and carry!" Hmmm. Apparently the only thing that can stop a good guy with a gun is when that good guy with a gun shoots himself in the leg with that gun.
