with 95 roundabouts in its city limits, Carmel has more roundabouts than any other city in America. BAR-FUCKING-NONE. but they're not satisfied. a bonding issue could add 32 more in the coming years, with a super-roundabout (pictured above) that may be the biggest in America. this may also lead the comments section of the Indianapolis Star to overheat and melt.
