MISSOURI - Welp, this just in from the "Total Midwestern Stereotype Crime" file: Brandon Scott, of Cahokia, was arrested "on suspicion of vandalizing crops" as well as driving under the influence by the Monroe County Sheriff. Had cow-tipping been involved, this might have made some national publications. But man, this guy takes one hell of a mug shot!
